Description :

  • In this study, we propose an accident detection system that utilizes a Raspberry Pi, GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) module, and GPS (Global Positioning System) module to detect and report accidents in real-time.
  • The system employs the Raspberry Pi as a central processing unit that continuously monitors sensor inputs and analyzes data to identify potential accidents. It integrates a GSM module to establish a cellular network connection and transmit emergency alerts to designated contacts, such as emergency services or predefined contacts of the accident victim. Additionally, a GPS module is incorporated to acquire accurate location information, enabling quick emergency response and rescue operations.

Software Require:

  •  You need to install the Proteus 8.9 version in your laptop. because proteus 8.9 has in built Raspberry pi library.

Pre-Requirement :

  • To implement this project in your laptop , you should require a sensor library such as arduino , GSM and GPS etc.
  • I have already explained the detailed steps to install those libraries in your laptop in my youtube video. You will find a youtube video link at the end of this article.
  • So I request you to watch that video and try to understand the installation process.

Rahul Jadhav your videos are awesome, informative and worth spending time on. Can you make an Animal detection system that would alert the driver of oncoming animals/obstacles in his lane using perhaps arduino in proteus 8.13 for simulation?
